What concierge after loss support services do you provide?
This is a common after loss support FAQ. We are not attorneys, financial advisors or CPAs. We do not replace the vital legal, financial, or funeral services and advice provided by professionals in their respective fields; rather, we extend your circle of care. We strongly recommend that you partner with these professional resources, when needed, to ensure that every task that we complete with and for you is under their advice.
Are you an attorney, financial advisor, or CPA?

Who can hire Loving Legacy After Loss Services, and how do we start a journey with you?
This is another common after loss support FAQ. The person who can hire a service provider is the person who is identified as the client themselves, the legal personal representative, or executor of the estate before or after a loved one passes away. This person is usually identified in documents such as the will, trust, power of attorney document, or letters of testament issued by the court.

Do you only work with families in the Phoenix-Metro Area?
The answer is, we can assist you from virtually anywhere in the state of Arizona!
Our team offers comprehensive virtual or over-the-phone consulting and estate administrative services to support you. Rest assured that we can effectively handle most any task needed to settle a loved one’s affairs from a distance. From consulting to paperwork, we’ve got you covered. On-site estate organization and management is provided locally, as this service requires our physical presence.
Can you coordinate with various service vendors?
Absolutely. When Loving Legacy completes a customized plan for you, you will sign an agreement that permits Loving Legacy After Loss Services, LLC to act as an authorized agent on your behalf. This agreement permits us to make phone calls, close accounts and coordinate resources on your behalf. The executor will have authority over what actions Loving Legacy can take. Full approval from you and your family is required before Loving Legacy initiates any task.
How long does the concierge guidance typically last?
The duration of our concierge guidance is tailored to your family's specific timeline and requirements. We work with you to ensure a complete and respectful closure. Because each CARE Plan is customized to your unique needs, the duration of services varies.
How do you charge for your services?
Please feel confident in knowing that prior to any work with Loving Legacy After Loss Services, we will review our available packages and pricing. Each individual legacy plan or after loss consulting package varies depending on the needs of the client, so we offer custom tailored plans to best meet your unique needs.

Can we access the resource checklists after the service ends?
Yes, we provide your CARE Plan documents in digital format so that you can access them at any time to maintain continuity. You will also receive copies of all your plan documents and notes so you can access your CARE Plan from anywhere, any time. Hard copies are available upon request.
Resources posted to our website are always available as long as they are current and follow industry best-practices.
I still have lots of questions... Can you help if we’re just starting to explore options?
Yes, of course. Many families come to us early in the process with their after loss FAQs. We help you understand your options, organize next steps, and feel less overwhelmed. Typically, we begin working with families a few weeks after the loss of a loved one, once you have received the death certificate. However, we are available to talk with you whenever you are ready. Our goal is to provide answers, clarity and guidance to families whenever it’s needed.
